How to get use of the Free Move-In Truck?
Tellus Self Storage wants to make your move as easy as pie. We have a FREE move-in Truck for our tenants who rent a 10×10 unit or larger to use. You have a 30 day window to use the move-in truck for free. The truck is a 16 foot box truck that holds regular gas which you will replace before you bring the truck back. The move-in truck is equipped with a ramp that pulls out and attaches to the top of the bed of the truck for smooth loading and unloading. Once you secure the storage unit rental, we want to make sure you are safe as possible and to do that we will need to get some things from you before you can leave with the move-in truck. Tellus will need your current driver’s license, proof of current insurance card with your name on it, and a credit card or debit card. Once we receive those documents and handle the paperwork, you will be ready to get started. Remember it’s a big truck, so it’s important to make a wide swing when turning and also make sure your mirrors are positioned just right for you. Watch for tall buildings and bollards when making turns at your facility. Its important to keep our truck nice and clean for the next tenants that get to use it for free. The move-in truck is a great way to save money and we know that moving isn’t cheap so Tellus is glad to be able to help where we can.
