When trying to make a payment online an error message shows up OR the screen just reloads after putting in credentials.
There are two ways to fix this, or if you’d prefer you can give us a call: 1-800-773-6691
The first way is for windows devices: tablets, computers, android or windows phones
- Try using Firefox instead of Chrome for the browser
- Clear Cache in browser
The second way is for Safari browsers found on Apple / Mac products: iPhones, iPads, Mac/Apple Computers
- Check to see if you are on a Mac/Apple/ Safari browser
- If this is the case you will need to make some changes to settings in order to login
- In your Safari Browser, you’ll have to ‘Disable Cross Site Tracking’ .
- Here’s a link to instructions for your Cell – this tells you how to turn on Prevent Cross-Site Tracking. You will want to Turn it off so that you can login
- Here’s a link for Mac Computers – Same here, this shows you how to turn it on, you will want this turned off so that you can login.
- If this is the case you will need to make some changes to settings in order to login
