Let’s let Tracy introduce herself and her facility to us:

Hello everyone!

My name is Tracy and I am the Property Manager at Tellus Self Storage, aka Letson Farms Store All in Bessemer, Alabama. You can find us at 4763 Letson Farms Parkway, Bessemer, AL 35022. 

Our facility is located right across from McAdory Middle School, off Eastern Valley Road, where you turn to go into Letson Farms Subdivision. We are not just storage for Letson Farms. We are storage for everyone regardless of your location. Whether you need to store items for one month, a year, or an undetermined amount of time, we are here for you and your family.

A little bit of information about your property manager, Tracy Reid.

I have lived in Bessemer, Alabama all my life. I am new to the property management world. I have been with Tellus since February 2019.

In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends.

So far, my favorite thing about property management is my tenants. I love meeting and helping people.

My tenants know whenever they have an issue, I am always on site and can be reached by phone or in person.

My least favorite thing about property management is cleaning up after tenants once they have moved out.

I expect tenants to leave a unit the way they found it when they first moved in, which is clean and debris free

However, on more than one occasion I have had tenants leave trash and other items for me to clean up.

The most challenging thing about property management is making sure everyday tasks are done and up to date monthly.

A typical day on the property for me includes a walk thru, which is to check the units and the building to make sure

there are no issues and that the units are locked properly, sweeping the hallways and the main office, moving in tenants,

moving out tenants, renting out our truck, receipting payments and removing red locks from units if necessary.

I would love to hear from anyone who has questions or concerns regarding storage needs.

I am here Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Saturday from 9:00am until 12:00pm.
